Prior to forming a Beverly Hills full-service real estate brokerage firm, Elena Safaei had a successful career of 20 years in commercial real estate. Elena oversaw the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and disposition (through value-add strategies) of retail, industrial, medical, and residential properties. Elena represented the owners and developers and negotiated complex legal agreements in lease and sale transactions with the County of Los Angeles, County San Bernardino, Department of Veteran’s Affairs, Social Security Administration, McDonald’s Bank of America, Chase, HSBC, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, Panda Express, Starbucks, Kroger, Walgreens, Sony Pictures Entertainment, Ross Stores, T-Mobile, ATT, and many other Fortune 500 companies.

Prior to becoming a real estate advisor, Javad Safaei, graduated from UC Berkeley with a BS degree in industrial engineering, then relocated to Los Angeles in 1995 after completing his post-graduate training in Vancouver, Washington.
Driven by Javad's strong entrepreneurial spirit and marketing background, Javad founded Safaei Rugs in 2003 and had become a major importer of the rugs from Belgium, Turkey, China, and soon opened 2 locations in the heart of Beverly Hills, Brentwood. Javad’s stores and furnishings have been be featured on HGTV, CBS, HomeNetwork channels, to name a few, and he continues to maintain a strong relationship with celebrity, entertainment and media worlds.
Javad prides himself on the extent of referrals and repeat business he receives from a high-profile clientele in Beverly Hills as well as the former foreign partners and associates, who appreciate the exemplary service, discretion and dedication with which he handles their discerning needs.
